Action: Clark County Public Health (CCPH) provides free STI and HIV testing, as well as free naloxone kits and training for people in Clark County. More details are below:
CCPH provides free STI and HIV testing at our Harm Reduction Center and via at-home, self-test kits. Free testing is available for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV and hepatitis C. CCPH also provides harm reduction services at our Harm Reduction Center to expand the knowledge, skills, and resources that support individuals, families and communities to be safer and healthier. Examples of harm reduction services provided are as follows:
• Anonymous syringe exchange and safe syringe disposal
• Overdose prevention education and naloxone kit distribution
• Safer-sex supplies
• Hygiene supplies
• Resources and referrals to community agencies providing medication-assisted recovery/treatment (MAR/T), PrEP (HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), insurance navigation
